Experience and skill requirement:- Good, proven production DBA skills like : performance tuning, maintenance planning, system security and availability.
- Very good T-SQL skills
- Installation and configuration of SQL server 2008/Express, Reporting Services (SSRS), Integration Services (SSIS)
- SSRS report creation
- SSIS package creation and job management
- Someone with some experience and capability of good multitasking

IT Support / Installation Engineer

The role encompasses on-site installations, support and maintenance of bespoke systems. International travel is pre-requisite for some of the on-site work. Additionally, standby support outside of office hours is performed on a rota basis. You will report directly to the Technical Services & Support Manager and be part of a larger engineering team.
Requirements:- Fluent French
- Commercial experience in 2nd and 3rd line support, ideally supporting retail clients
- A + (or equivalent)
- Installing networked computer systems, according to pre-defined deadlines
- Experience in Windows support, configuration and installation – e.g. Server 2003-2008 and/or Windows XP –Win7
- Valid, clean driver’s licence
- Working with CISCO routers
