.NET Senior Software Engineer Wizard

Are you a wizard at C# .NET? Do you thrive on solving varied, challenging problems in a dynamic environment?

The successful candidate will be instrumental in the further development of SoftWide and will have the opportunity to be involved in the commercialisation of a highly innovative, and potentially disruptive, technology.

Compensation includes live share options in Tribeka.

SoftWide uses Microsoft technologies: C# .NET windows and web services, SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services.

The candidate will report directly to the Head of Development and be part of an expanding engineering team.

Responsibilities:

  • Software Development: Create quality C# code. Build software in an N-Tier environment, including windows services, WCF services and WPF applications. Integrate with third party software for product manufacture. Integrate with retailer systems.
  • Software Design: Participate and lead design of new functionality for SoftWide using appropriate technology and patterns.
  • Software Architecture: Input into architecture of SoftWide and integration with Publishers and Retailers.
  • Maintenance and support: Maintain SoftWide system and applications. Provide development support to internal retail support teams.
  • Client facing: Interact with Retailer and Publisher technical and commercial teams, both on site and remotely.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain appropriate levels of documentation.

Candidates must have commercial experience with:

  • C# .NET (minimum 2 years)
  • Visual Studio 2005/2008
  • T-SQL and SQL Server
  • Windows or Web Services (ASP.NET web development is not sufficient)

Experience with the following is highly desirable:

  • .NET 4.0
  • WCF
  • WPF
  • SQL Server 2005/2008 including SSRS and SSIS
  • Visual Studio Team Server 2010
  • Enterprise library 4
  • Entity framework
  • Continuous integration
  • InfoPath
  • French language

Project Coordinator

As project coordinator you would be responsible for the control and implementation of projects, processes and operations that deliver measurable benefit to Tribeka and its key stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Process Management; configuring of processes that deliver benefit to Tribeka and its stakeholders, with the aim of constantly improving company performance, productivity and level of quality
  • Information Management; managing all aspects of information procurement, supply and distribution internally for the company and externally for its stakeholders
  • Project Control; take the lead for certain key projects that need extra resource to get them started and where necessary see these projects through to completion.
  • Inventory Management; keeping control of all company inventory, including those items required by the company’s clients
  • Facilities; Provide a high level of standard for physical layout and organisation of facilities for company staff and stakeholders
  • Human Resources; put systems in place which lead to the making the highest use of the energy of Tribeka staff to be used positively for the companies benefit

Retail Account Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for onsite training, setting up and merchandising displays as well as motivating and working with all levels of our retail partners' to ensure we achieve the required targets and meet all our partners requests.

The candidate will report directly to the Senior Retail Account Manager and be part of a larger Retail and Content team.

Requirements:

  • Retail environment awareness.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Be happy to travel, and be away from home for long periods.
  • High level of sales experience.
  • Able to manage and work with all levels of colleagues.
  • Valid, clean driver’s licence.
  • Have knowledge of computer software.

Desirable experience:

  • Store/Deputy Manager of a retail store.
  • Experience in training people from all walks of life.
  • French/German speaking.

Account Manager

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, which are essential as you will be dealing with customers on the phone and face to face. It is imperative that you have good business acumen, a strong interest in computers and software and be able to use all Microsoft Office software competently, you must possess strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
