He explained high street retailers are starting to adapt their business approach to remain active in entertainment content distribution. As demand patterns and consumption habits continue to evolve and content owners increasingly focus their attention on alternative routes to revenue generation, radical measures are needed. Retailers are engaging customers in new ways in order to maintain a foothold in the entertainment business.
MESA also asked Tribeka to demonstrate their solutions for bringing digital content into physical retail stores and to their customers accounting for almost 80% market share of entertainment product sales.
