On 7 December, Carrefour launched its International Store of the Future in Mons, Belgium. Carrefour is using Tribeka’s upgraded SoftWide system as an integral part of its Entertainment proposition and the system now a full range of Entertainment products both physically and digitally.
Building on Carrefour’s very successful delivery of software through SoftWide to its major Belgian hypermarkets for the last 5 years, Carrefour customers are now able to select from a range of games, music, TV content and movies titles that is expected to grow over time. This installation also seamlessly integrates Tribeka’s digital card technology, which offers 1,000’s of cards and can manufacture 100’s of cards an hour in as little as 20 seconds each.
